FOUNDER, EVENT PLANNER and PRODUCER ||
( she / her / hers )
Kathi Lunardi, M.Ed.
I love penguins, which of course at first may not seem to have a lot to do with running an event production company. But there's so much the cute little creatures have taught me about how to deliver great moments for my clients. You have to be as persistent as a penguin braving the worst that winter can throw at them. You have to be as showy and high-energy as the pluckiest penguin can be. And you have to care deeply and selflessly about hatching something wonderful, whether it happens to be yours or not and no matter how much hard work it takes to get it done.
In more than two decades working across industries and in a variety of organizing and fund-raising roles, I've developed something of a knack for knowing and meeting my client's expectations, sometimes before they even realize they have them. I bring a polymath's eye for appreciating the bigger picture that underlies the smallest details of a successful event. At the same time, having worked on and to budgets for world-class companies and non-profit organizations, my nose is plenty hard when it comes to making sure all the bangs are worth every buck.
Having raised two daughters as a single mother and now spending my off time chasing the two-year-old next generation in our line of strong, accomplished women around the house, there isn't much that can ruffle me when it comes to keeping an event running smoothly. Calm I have in spades, not to mention an always-prepared-for-anything instinct!
In the end, my passion is your success. I want every one of our clients to do a happy Rockhopper dance when their event is over!
